Kaprun

Although the spring has already started, we’ve decided that skiing season isn’t over yet and headed for extended weekend to Kaprun glacier. Because of its high elevation (the top of Kitzstein mountain is 3029 meters high) it even snowed the night we arrived. That’s why we could enjoy amazing freerides in fresh powder snow next morning as well as perfect sunny weather.

Spring in Kitzbuhel

When I stopped in Kitzbuhel I haven’t felt like in a city, where the most famous Austrian ski downhill called Hahnenkamm takes place. Winter has already ended, everyone was dressed just in T-shirt and blooming meadows showed that spring has finally arrived. I was strawling few hours around the city, enjoyed spring atmosphere and continued to Kaprun glacier for skiing.

Winter in Sankt Anton

Only one week after skiing in Lech, I’ve made another winter trip to Western Austria. Because the weather forecast promised a sunny day in Sankt Anton region, I decided to take my chances. Already after first ride I knew that I couldn’t make a better decision.

Why? Simply because I could spend a whole day by doing something that makes me really happy. And that definitely counts! :)
